Ingredients | Biscoff Spread Cake Topping1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin2 tablespoons cold water1 (16 ounce) jar mayonnaise1 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped1 tomato - peeled, seeded and finely chopped1 carrot, finely chopped1 onion, finely choppedDirectionsSprinkle the gelatin over the cold water in a bowl; let stand until softened, about 1 minute. Stir in the mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the cucumber, green bell pepper, tomato, carrot, and onion.
